Product Warranty

Standard Warranty


All the power wheels sold by Dadco Hobbies & Wheels are covered under 3 - 6 months warranty (depending upon the product) from date of purchase against manufacturing defects, provided you have assembled the item correctly having followed the instructions that are available to you. 


Our Warranty covers all the critical components like:


  • Batteries for vehicle (Excluding remote batteries)

  • Motors

  • Chargers

  • Remotes

  • Sound boards

  • Motherboards.


Replacement parts can be picked up in-store or shipped at customer's expense.


Exclusions from warranty: Physical damage, water damage, lights, and wear and tear.



Extended Warranty


Optional 6 months additional warranty is available for a nominal fee which extends product warranty to 1 year from the date of purchase. The components covered under the extended warranty are the same as the parts covered in the standard warranty.


If you need to repair or maintain your ride-on-car outside of the warranty window, we carry all the parts and components of our ride-on-cars for a fair price. 


Please note that you do have the choice of free pickup from our store when ordering online. 

For longer distance shipping, we have established partnerships with major shipping firms across North America, including UPS, DHL, Canpar, and others. Please contact us before placing an order to get the shipping quote.

The size of the package and the destination's postal or zip code are the main factors influencing shipping costs. Consequently, there can be substantial variations in shipping expenses. For example, larger items like cars may incur higher costs, while shipping to urban locations could be more cost-effective than rural destinations. We encourage you to consider the most cost effective shipping option that works for you.

Items Damaged during Shipping: 

Any items purchased online are shipped in their original packaging. We take care to ensure we are sending a box that is in excellent condition, and shipping damage is not common. However, if there is any damage incurred during transit, please contact the shipping/freight company within 24 hours to report your claim. Meanwhile, do contact us via phone, e-mail, or chat and we will assist you in resolving the issue. It is important to be aware of the following:


- The shipping/freight company is solely responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. 

- All items are insured for their value.

- Keep the item as you had received it, including the box and packing material. 

- Take photos of the damaged items and send them to us via e-mail, as well as the shipping company.

- Follow any additional instructions given to you by the shipping/freight company.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may have noticed that we have the best prices in the city for the products that we offer. Our return policy is designed to maintain these affordable prices for our customers. Opened packages cannot be returned to us, thus we encourage you to ask questions and take the time you need to decide on your purchase. We are more than happy to help you find exactly what you need.

We offer a free 15 minute video conference for out of city customers to assist you in your decision making process. You are encouraged to use this service to have a look at the actual product and its features, and during this service we can answer any additional questions you may have. 


We offer a conditional 7-day return window for items that are in their original packaging and remain unopened. If the packaging/ product has been tampered with, we have the right to refuse the return. Returns approved within this timeframe will be issued store credit. The customer must pay the shipping for any returns shipped back to us. Please note that our products come with a default 6 month warranty, with the option to extend it to one year for a nominal fee.
